Tom Fender is Sales and Marketing Director at him! as well as joint owner of the company with Mike Greene following a management buy out in 2003.Tom joined him! in 1997 and is responsible for company marketing, developing and launching new syndicated programmes and the sales and marketing of all new programmes. He has introduced many new successful programmes, which include OnTrack (Pub and Bar), Cash and Carry Caterer and The High Street Tracking Programme. Prior to joining him! Tom, a graduate of Manchester University, worked as an Insurance salesman and in the foodservice industry, both in the UK and USA. He formally ran a chain of restaurants in Aspen, Colorado. Tom lives in South East London with his wife Sophie and their two sons.
