After a initial work experience period that saw AMT switch to using only organic milk and Fairtrade coffee Daniel returned to AMT as a buyer in 2006 with a clear brief of increasing the range of fairtrade products on offer as well as maintaining quality of product.

Achievements at AMT include:

  • overseeing a £400,000 sales category range to boost sales by nearly 20%
  • The launching of a new sandwich range that was highly commended in it's category at the British Sandwich Awards
  • Setting up two successful supply chains in both Belgium and Ireland in line with AMT's European expansion program
